Meet another Harley Davidson Sportster. Herzbube motorcycles, based in Berlin and providing not only customization but also restoration and individual construction of custom parts, intended to rebuild a 61 XLCH Harley-Davidson into “…a wild, fast and loud motorcycle” that would look like a classic chopper from the 60th. Above you can see what the bike looks like. Classic chopper features all over the bike.
According to Herzbube, “Ironheads are the most interesting Harleys” to work with: it’s not hard to find all the necessary parts if needed and their initial design allows to customize the bikes in a lot of different ways. All you need is a good idea.
The custom peanut fuel tank and the high handlebars, known as “ape hangers”, make the motorcycle slimmer than usual. This especially can be useful when riding it in traffic. While “squeezing” a wide motorcycle between the cars can be a problem, this one needs significantly less space to slip through and “be far away before the angry guy in the car next to you shifts in first gear”.
