Here we have a very stylish and neatly modified Honda GB250 from the year 2000. The bike was sent to us by its owner who and I quote, ‘has always been a classic lover living in a modern world’. The build was made by Home Workshop Cambodia in a surprisingly short period of time – only one month. Let’s hear the short story of this bike told by the owner.
“Cafe Racers always looked too race-cy to me but I love the lump on the seat. A Brat style seems to be too off-road. So the right time comes, I picked up a GB250 year 2000 at a local shop and decided to drop it off at Home Workshop Cambodia to modify for me.
They stripped it down, cleaned and applied fresh paint to all parts then put all the pieces together. The whole project took almost a full month of waiting for a new soul to be born. But when it finished, it was b-e-a-u-tiful.”
The guys at HWC did a great job. For someone who loves classic motorcycles there are similarities with 50s-60s models but also to catch up with the times the bike has been given Cafe Racer and Brat features. Not too much of anything but something from every style – I guess, that’s what the owner wanted. Anyway, the build looks great.
