Unlike new Harley Davidson Sportster Iron 883, which was already covered in this blog, this custom 91 HD Sportster combined a lot of features of retro classic motorcycles, such as “cafe racers” and old “boardtrackers” bikes from 20th. Personally for me, it looks very similar to Moto Guzzi V7. Probably because of the red colored frame, gray fuel tank and exhaust pipes.
Anyway, take a look from an any chosen angle and you will find something vintage in its design. And it’s not surprising, because Fred Jourden and Hugo Jezegabel, owners of Blitz Motorcycle, inspired by “boardtrackers” bikes and well known lovers of famous retro motorcycles, couldn’t have created anything different.
Exhaust pipes are painted in high temperature resistant graphite gray with just a little red highlight at the end.
The fuel tank was successfully replaced by an old Motoconfort tank with a nice signature. This made possible to manage a little tiny speedometer in the free space.
To make a necessary color contrast on the engine, both cylinders were painted with a high temperature shiny black paint. It looks pretty awesome, doesn’t it?
The shiny black powder coated paint was used to give the engine covers and footpegs another look. It definitely wouldn’t be the same with the original shiny aluminium cover.
I hope you enjoyed it. If so, feel free to leave a comment below or share this post with friends. Have a good day.

love the design and the details – i have a 91 with a slighter fatter tank which looks great but maybe doesnt fit the tracker style – your engine colours are amazing and really lift the dull aluminium / silver cylinders and covers beautifully – the cream detailing and bars, pipe and seat are superb – well done you guys
