“Morpheus” – JM Customs’ 1992 Yamaha XJ600s Diversion Racer

Yamaha XJ600s by JM Customs

Yamaha XJ600s Diversion is one of those motorcycles that were built to be simple, versatile and reliable in a long run. Pleasant and comfortable to ride the bike probably isn’t the best suite if you’re going for a speed record, however for everyday urban rides, as well as the long distance travels XJ600s might be just the right one.

It took a few handy guys at JM Customs to complement a rider-friendly functionality with a non-conventional, one-off look.

Morpheus

JM Customs is a shop based in Perth, Scotland. The guys have recently finished this build and named the bike “Morpheus”.  James, the owner says, she’s gone on a long journey since they first took charge of her. It took a lot of work to transform a boring, beaten up commuter bike into a slick, modern racer.

It’s maybe a speculation but from what I see the bike must be a delight to ride. Combine that with an aggressive look and you’ll get an outstanding racer.
