This T100 was built by Japanese workshop Heiwa. Heiwa Motorcycle has been customizing bike since 2005. There are dozens of breathtaking bikes that the guys have rebuilt and lots of them can be found here. Unlike some garages that prefer to work with a few particular brands, Heiwa team juggle with all kinds of popular models from all over the world. This Triumph T100 is one of their latest builds.
The guys reworked the front end, getting rid of the front fender, replacing the headlight with a smaller item and making some other noticable alterations, but one of the most obvious heavily reworked parts of the bike is the subframe.
The guys fitted a solo seat and installed the tail-light along with the licence on the much more modest than the stock item black rear fender.
The bike is finished with black and blue. Here is another skillfully built Triumph T100 that I've already featured here - 433 BONNE.
