How to build a beautiful and a reliable bike? There is nothing you can do about it if you don't have the following: the knowledge, the experience and the sense of style. Looking at this bike, I'm certain that it took all of that to create such an outstanding old school chopper wich can withstand almost any travel you can get yourself engaged in.

Having more than 20 years of experience behind and the recognition throughout the world, Zero Engineering is well known for their vintage style choppers, completed with the best quality component parts. As it usually takes a lot of time to accurately and carefully pull the parts together and make sure that the new bike is fairly solid and meets all the safety requirements as well as the style ones, they make the limited edition of the motorcycles each year.

The Type 5 chopper comes with the gooseneck frame, the aluminium 2.1gal fuel tank (it's optional, though) and the hand made solo seat. An elegant small speedo was chosen over a bulky instrumentation. The hand controls are extremely simple to use and to get used to. Moreover, even the mirrors don't spoil the simplicity of the style, as they are bolted below the bars.

The front end is finished with the classic Harley Springer Fork from the 50th, updated by Zero to be more reliable and adjustable for the most comfortable ride.

There is no such thing as a lack of power with the 96" S&S EVO engine and HD 5-speed transmission. Just hit the road and this chopper will immediately show all its nimbleness.

There are a few options available while constructing a new bike. Two of them are color and a fuel tank. Take a look at the red one with a classic peanut fuel tank to see how it can look differently.
